i have a video camera and editing software. i don't know if it is essential, but i guess certain video formats are better for the internet, such as mpeg4 and real player, anyway the editing software i have makes the movie into those formats if i want. once you have your video file you upload it to the blog site- thanks to nancy for the help in getting that done.
